Selected representative experience includes:
Spina v. Shoppers Drug Mart – Provided opinion on behalf of the representative plaintiffs as to the ability to compute damages for each individual class member pursuant to s. 25 of the Class Proceedings Act.
Lewis v. WestJet Airlines – Provided report on behalf of WestJet responding as to purported cost savings from an alleged breach of an anti-harassment promise.
Zentner v. GFA World, 2022 ONSC 1683 – Provided evidence analyzing how donor funds were used. Court dismissed action.
Percival v. Medtronic – Provided report on behalf of Medtronic responding as to proposed method to calculate aggregate damages.
Cullaton v. MDG Newmarket Inc, d/b/a Ontario Energy Group – Provided report on behalf of MDG Newmarket responding to calculations of alleged economic harm.
Various class actions opposing Restaurant Brands International Inc. and Radar Labs Inc. - Retained by RBI's insurer to provide an expert report opining on the actual loss sustained by RBI resulting from settlement with class members under the insurance policy.
