Kosewski v. Kosewski, 2025 ONSC 3398Determination of IT professional's income for support purposes, including forensic analysis related to unreported income and personal expenses. We were jointly retained by the parties.

Trucking / farming - Valuation of a spouse's pro-rata interest in several trucking and farming entities, as well the determination of contingent disposition costs.

Construction - Determination of income for support purposes for self-employed spouse with multiple construction corporations.

Construction / real estate - Valuation of spouse's pro-rata interest in several construction and real estate holding companies. We were retained on behalf of shareholding spouse to value interests at both date of marriage and date of separation.

Promotional materials business - Determination of income for support purposes in Quebec of a spouse owning multiple businesses manufacturing and selling promotional materials. The main issue related to allocation of corporate profits.
